Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing high-volume workloads? Do you thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for HR systems and administration? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Working with a collaborative and supportive HR team that values your contributions, you will work to keep the HR system up to date and accurate at all times whilst handling all administrative tasks in the team. You will be heavily involved in reporting and sending and analysing surveys and have the opportunity to get involved in team projects.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for a period of 12 months.
Location: We perform at our best when we feel trusted and are able to choose an approach to working that suits us best, which is why we are a remote-first company. However, we also believe in face to face collaboration, and our UK colleagues meet once a month for team time and quarterly for company get togethers in our Leeds office, so we ask that you be within a commutable distance that you are comfortable with in order to attend the office on those occasions.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:
- HR System Ownership: Manage and maintain our HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports from the HR system to support decision-making processes.
- Administration: Handle all administrative tasks within the HR team, from document management to scheduling.
- Onboarding: Meet with new starters to facilitate their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in managing data and documentation.
- Prioritisation Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and new employees.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.

Roles are advertised at a benchmarked market median rate. Offers will be made within a range of the median, depending on skills and experience.
