You'll be the engine behind our global digital HR journey—delivering tangible impact, from early talent recruitment to annual compensation reviews.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end delivery of digital HR products
- Simplifying complex system updates into audience-friendly solutions
- Aligning product roadmaps with our People Ambition strategy
- Leading requirement gathering and managing deadlines
- Supporting key lifecycle events (e.g. succession, career conversations, talent sessions)
- Connecting with teams across the business to add value through innovation
- Being the go-to expert for SuccessFactors and other People tools
- Ensuring data remains secure and compliant
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort working across varied HR technologies and strategies
- A passion for making systems work smarter for people
- Understanding of project milestones, deliverables and planning cycles
- Experience in requirements capture and solution design
- Deep awareness of the HR and people lifecycle
- SAP – SuccessFactors - Essential
- Culture Amp - Desirable
- eArcu - Desirable
