About The Role

This role is part time at 30hrs per week.

In this role, you’ll prepare essential employment documents, maintain accurate employee records, and act as the first point of contact for HR queries. You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent and Performance team on new joiners and induction days, support payroll with monthly submissions, and assist Advisors and Business Partners during employee relations cases.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to wider HR initiatives, from data integrity projects to engagement activities that help foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What will you bring?

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a diligent and accurate approach to work.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident in building and maintaining professional relationships, both in person and remotely.
  • Discreet, empathetic, and able to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role required, experience in an HR environment desirable.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365 and quick to learn new systems, including HR software.
  • HR certification (e.g. CIPD Level 3) desirable.
