The Role:
As a People and Talent Project Manager, you’ll leverage your HR expertise to scale People and Talent functions in a growing AI company. This is a 12-month interim role where you'll collaborate with the people team and business leaders to implement HR programs that attract, engage, and retain great people.
Job Description:
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals like workforce planning and organisational health.
- Review and improve execution of HR practices (compensation, performance management).
- Use data to design initiatives that support talent development and business success.
- Lead large-scale change initiatives including restructures and leadership transitions.
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner support to different business units.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and performance processes.
- Support leadership development and succession planning.
- Implement equitable and legally sound HR policies across UK, US, and EU markets.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and mitigate potential risks.
- Champion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through actionable strategies.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience leading strategic HR projects in areas like organisational design or workforce planning.
- Background in scaling within startup or fast-growing environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with leadership.
- A data-driven approach to HR strategy and reporting.
- Experience managing cultural change and developing high-performing teams.
