The Role:


As the Culture and Engagement Manager your role will be to support the PEx team (People Experience) in aligning the business and its people. Your work will cover culture, engagement and well-being initiatives (underpinned by inclusivity) that are designed to nurture our people and align them to the business goals and ambitions. You will become the esteemed specialist in all matters of culture and engagement and you will work collaboratively across the PEx and HR functions. This role will assist the Head of Talent, Culture & Engagement in championing effective engagement practices across our business.


Job Description:


  • Execute a strategy for Culture and Engagement to foster a high performing culture
  • Drive collaboration across PEx and HR functions
  • Foster continuous improvement and excellence in People Experience
  • Lead internal employee voice surveys, interpret results and advise on actions
  • Drive wellbeing and engagement initiatives across the group
  • Collaborate with Talent and Internal Communications teams to enhance EVP and drive engagement
  • Support company value review, ERG communities, and employee data utilization for retention
  • Develop strategic insights, drive awards and recognition, and influence culture change
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, support DEI statutory duties and contribute to HR initiatives
