Location: Marlow - Two days in the office (Mon/Tues) with the rest of the week remote

Hours: 40 Hours

Pay: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE

Bonus: 10% potential

Role Summary

The PRS People Admin role encompasses a variety of administrative and human resource tasks aimed at supporting the People department and ensuring smooth operations within PRS. They play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the People department, contributing to the overall success of the PRS.

Core Responsibilities Include

  • Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment process.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, L&D records and performance evaluations.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training, orientation, and resources to integrate into the company.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Employee Relations: Supporting employee relations by addressing grievances, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • General Administrative Tasks: Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Reward and Recognition facilitation: Maintaining reward and recognition schemes and platforms. Executing engagement activities and posting to socials (internal & external).

Evidencable Knowledge, Skills And Experience

 Microsoft Office skills are highly desirable

 Strong organisational skills, with a high attention to detail

 Communication and influencing skills that generate commitment and loyalty from peers and

team

 Passionate about people –from customers to stakeholders

 The ability to prioritise workloads

 The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and to promote the benefits of

change to those around you

 Constantly challenges own knowledge and drives own learning

 Previous Experience Is Ideal But Not Essential

 Further education highly desirable

 Minimum CIPD Level 3 certificate or currently undertaking CIPD training
