We’re looking for a confident and capable HR Administrator to join our People team, supporting Central, Comply Loop and Recycle Loop. This is a hands-on, 6-month temporary role ideal for someone who’s highly organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in HR processes. You’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running and take ownership from day one.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the full colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, contract change, and leavers in a real and approachable way that builds trust with colleagues.
  • Maintaining and updating colleague records in our HR system with a high level of accuracy, ensuring inclusive and respectful handling of all colleague data.
  • Producing employment contracts, letters, and documentation in line with company policies and employment law, always reflecting our collaborative and consistent approach.
  • Supporting colleague with HR queries and escalating where appropriate, using inventive thinking to solve problems and improve the colleague experience.

  • Tech-savvy: Confident with using HR systems, Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Experienced: Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role is essential.
  • Detail-orientated: You take pride in accuracy and consistency, especially when handling sensitive data.
  • Process-driven: Comfortable with standard HR procedures and best practices.
  • Self-sufficient: You take initiative, solve problems, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Discreet and professional: You understand the importance of confidentiality and handle information with care.
