What You’ll Do as a P&C Process Manager Core HCM
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
- Global Process Design: Co-design and develop standardized global people processes that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. Ensure these processes support the overall People Strategy and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Partnership Development: Develop strong partnerships with centres of expertise to co-design processes that meet business requirements. Engage with Technology teams to influence and ensure the successful implementation of these processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, centres of expertise, local P&C teams, and other process managers to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Optimize systems and processes to enable the People Strategy and enhance the colleague experience.
- Workshop Facilitation: Facilitate workshop sessions across various stakeholder groups to conduct fit-gap assessments, design, and validation of processes. Ensure stakeholder engagement and consensus throughout the process design phase.
- Process Simplification: Define and implement opportunities to support simplification, automation, and optimization initiatives. Analyse current business processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline execution.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process success, effectiveness, and efficiency. Identify improvement opportunities for optimization and implement solutions to address any challenges.

- Excellent working knowledge of core Global P&C processes and systems
- Experience working cross functionally with P&C, Technology and other business areas
- Experience with global process standardization and harmonization
- Understanding and prepared to upskill in process mapping, process flows and design
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse data and develop change outcomes
- Experience in delivering change management activities
- Previous experience working within a GBS framework is desirable.
- Developed/ Developing understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
- Experience in HR process management
