Description

  • Manage client accounts, including reconciliations and payment allocations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding account queries.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit documentation as required.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Profile

A Successful Payments & Reconciliation Assistant Should Have

  • Experience or educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.

Job Offer
