As a Payment Operations Product Owner within the Payments team, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and management of an innovative Payment Initiation Product. You will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.

As a Payment Operations Product Owner within the Payments team, you will lead the strategic vision, development, and management of an innovative Payment Initiation Product. You will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering results within tight deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Product, working with cross functional teams
- Manage planning, prioritization and track progress of an initiative, identify any potential challenges, collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of the issues to ensure timely completion of the projects
- Undertake analysis to define and document the business requirements for development of the new product capabilities, allowing scalability for future changes in business model
- Conduct gaps analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives
- Work with UAT team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities
- Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting strategy and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
- Perform defect analysis, prioritization and exploring alternative solutions
- Strong Payments knowledge, and proven experience in driving large scale strategic projects
- Project Management experience - Execution focused, tenacious and risk aware, with excellent time management skillset
- Excellent problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution
- Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
- Experience in designing, delivering & presenting executive level content
- Previous leadership/management experience
