About This Role
We are pleased to offer this opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive way of working to take on this important, varied, and interesting role at our academy where no two days are the same.
As Pastoral Manager (Post 16) you will work directly with students alongside the 6th form team to provide a learner centered and personalised learning environment that is responsive to individual needs and circumstance.
The role will be working 35 hours per week (8.30am to 4pm Mon-Fri), term time plus 2 weeks (42 working weeks per year).
