Passionate about marketing and creating partnerships, you have ample experience in driving marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and generate revenue. Collaboration and communication comes second nature to you and you love working with other teams to identify new opportunities to drive campaigns.
What you'll do:
You will be a contributing to our Partnerships Marketing Strategy as well as overarching brand strategy working directly with our direct and intermediated partners to generate leads and engagement opportunities for Flagstone.

What you'll do:
You will be a contributing to our Partnerships Marketing Strategy as well as overarching brand strategy working directly with our direct and intermediated partners to generate leads and engagement opportunities for Flagstone.
- Drive business growth: Responsible for driving business growth by establishing strategic partnerships with external entities. These partnerships provide access to new markets, and distribution channels, resulting in increased brand exposure, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Enhance brand visibility: Collaborative marketing efforts to increase brand visibility to a wider audience, strengthening brand recognition, credibility, and positioning within the market.
- Intermediated partner engagement: Drive partner engagement by offering consistent planning, marketing assets and value-asses benefits led by introducers insights, customized solutions to enhance satisfaction, retention, while also attracting new partners.
- Strengthen industry relationships: Positive industry relationships can lead to collaborations, knowledge sharing, and potential future opportunities that contribute to the long-term success and growth of Flagstone.
- Marketing execution: Experience on the full marketing mix for channel including webinars, events, awards, content activation and advertising, etc.
- Channel Marketing: Previous experience in creating and managing the activation of a channel marketing plan.
- Relationship Building: Excellent relationship-building skills for fostering strong internal and external partnerships. The ability to communicate effectively and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
- Analysis and Reporting: Metric orientated, tracking ROI, and derive actionable insights and measure the impact of partnerships on business outcomes.
- Stakeholder / Project Management: Strong project management skills for overseeing and executing initiatives. This includes setting objectives, managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery of partnership-driven marketing campaigns and projects.
- Creativity and Innovation: Being creative and innovative in identifying opportunities and explore new ways to leverage partnerships and drive partners engagement.
- People: Ability to create an environment to drive engagement and high performance. Actively participates in team meetings and squad meetings, all aligned to our internal culture and the people team guidance.
