You will play a critical role in managing our existing partners in the EU, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business through strategic collaborations. You will also be responsible for optimising the efficiency of existing partnerships, maximising revenue potential, and managing the associated budget.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management and nurturing of relationships with existing partners, acting as a key point of contact and contributing to the development of strong, long-lasting partnerships
- Assist in identifying opportunities to expand and grow our business with current partners by helping to coordinate joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and other collaborative activities
- Support regular business reviews with partners by gathering and analysing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting in the implementation of strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ensure partnership activities are aligned with overall business goals and objectives
- Gather and analyse relevant information, translating findings into clear insights and supporting the delivery of improvements to products and propositions
- Track and report on partnership performance by monitoring revenue, customer acquisition metrics, and ROI, and preparing regular updates for management and regular internal business review meetings
- Assist with budget tracking for partnership activities, supporting efficient allocation of resources and helping to maximize ROI
- Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the partnership space, providing recommendations on new potential partners and emerging opportunities
- Work with Sr. Partnerships Manager to develop Trading strategy - bringing together relevant teams, actionable data and clear goals to support delivery of plan numbers
- 3+ years of experience in Insurance partnerships management or a related field, preferably in the personal finance sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing B2B and B2C partnerships that drive business growth and optimise operational efficiency
- Proven digital media experience, demonstrating expertise in leveraging digital media platforms to enhance partnership strategies, and drive measurable results
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners
- Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential, and develop actionable plans
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and deliver results within budget and timelines
- Financial mindset, with experience in managing partnership budgets and analyzing financial metrics to drive decision-making
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in our London office
