Job Description:

The Partner Sales Manager operates within a designated country or region and holds partial ownership of multiple Intel-led external partnerships, including Distributors, Resellers, ISVs, System Integrators (SIs), and Solution Aggregators. This role is responsible for driving Intel Partner Alliance (IPA) program adoption and executing sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Developing partner business plans and implementing partner programs.
  • Coordinating co-selling efforts between partners and Intel's sales teams.
  • Driving indirect billing and consumption through partners while promoting Intel's products and services.
  • Building trusted relationships to deliver short-term sales results and foster long-term strategic alignment across the ecosystem.
  • Collaborating with Intel’s product groups and internal stakeholders to expand the IPA program.
  • Monitoring partner ecosystem trends and offering strategic insights to unlock new market opportunities.
  • Supporting go-to-market campaigns and assisting with presales, proof-of-concept initiatives, and training programs to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a strong customer focus and have proven experience in executive sales and a broad understanding of IT products, solutions, services, and ecosystem dynamics.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships and/or sales.
  • Proven success in building and managing executive-level customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Influential across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Adaptability to environmental shifts and agile leadership.
  • Demonstrated accountability for results and alignment with Intel’s cultural values.
  • Strong executive communication background.
  • Expertise in IoT, PC client, data center, cloud infrastructure, and AI solutions.
  • Comfortable with risk-taking and thriving in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working across global teams, cultures, and time zones.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Willingness to represent Intel as a technology and business evangelist.
