Your Role as a Partner Agent
- Develop business in Bicester, Thame, and the surrounding areas
- Represent, market, and sell premium homes
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Deliver expert property appraisals using Fine & Country’s renowned Exposure, Presentation & Service proposition
- Design and implement tailored marketing campaigns to attract qualified buyers
- Negotiate effectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients
- Build a strong personal brand and presence across social media
- Establish yourself as the trusted local expert in luxury property
- Estate agency or proven sales background
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and ambitious
- Skilled in marketing and digital engagement
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Employed agents ready to move away from daily micromanagement
