Join Our Team as a Maths Tutor at Wednesbury Training Centre

Part Time - Tuesday, Thursday and Friday am.

Salary - £14,000 - £17,000 per annum (£28,000 - £34,000 FTE)

Your Role in Our Organisation: This exciting role as a Maths Tutor will see you engage in delivering comprehensive maths education and support at our Wednesbury Training Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate mathematics learning that aligns with our high teaching standards. Your flexibility and readiness to foster a dynamic learning environment are crucial.

Key Responsibilities Of a Maths Educator

  • Deliver exceptional maths education (Functional Skills & GCSE) to diverse student groups.
  • Mark and evaluate student assignments, providing insightful feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain excellent student attendance and retention, actively addressing absences.
  • Ensure student wellbeing and adhere to safeguarding standards, promoting British Values.
  • Plan and conduct engaging group training sessions adhering to required standards.
  • Administer student assessments, reviews, and mock exams, supporting qualification readiness.
  • Provide administrative support, adhering to documentation standards and internal guidelines.
