Summary
To be the primary point of contact for customer queries, pre-sales enquiries, spares sales and after sales service for the Kohler Mira business. Liaising directly with customers mainly by telephone to resolve customer issues.

- Part time hours- up to 5 days per week. Hours 9.30am-2.30pm

Summary

Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with pre-sales enquiries, product selection, availability and location of showrooms
- Taking in-coming calls, identifying customer requirements and initiating appropriate actions in a timely manner
- Resolving post-sales issues and technical product support
- Arranging service visits, spares sales and promoting service and extended warranty policies
- Outbound follow-up telephone calls
- Ensuring customer service levels are exceeded in-line with company and department key performance indicators
- Creation and promotion of brand awareness issues
- Provide cross functional Administration support as required
- Ability to understand technical issues and resolutions
- Experience with customer contact/interaction
- Good communication skills
