THE JOB
Reporting to the Office Manager, as Part Time Customer Service Administrator you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Liaising with internal teams and third-party partners
- Sending correspondence to customers regarding memberships and renewals
- Ensuring customers are kept informed and supported throughout their journey
- Carrying out general admin tasks to support the wider team
- 18-20 hours per week, ideally across Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Some flexibility on working days can be offered for the right candidate
We’re Looking For Someone With
- Proven experience in a customer service or administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
