Part time Accountant – 3-4 days a week

Join a creative agency as a Part-Time Accountant, helping drive day-to-day finance operations.

We’re partnering with a growing Creative Agency business looking for a confident and proactive accountant to join the team 3–4 days per week. This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to make a real impact on the day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including posting invoices and bank transactions
• Preparing accounts up to trial balance
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations
• Supporting with VAT returns and liaising with external accountants
• Month-end processes including journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting with reporting where needed
  
  

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar accounting role, ideally within Ecommerce or a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Proficient with accounting software
• Strong Excel skills
• AAT qualified or QBE
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment
