About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Paralegal, to join our dynamic Private Client team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality Wills, Trusts, Tax and Probate matters within a reputable and growing firm.
Supporting an experienced legal team, this role will offer exposure to a range of client matters and cases. A desire to learn, develop and work as part of a busy and collaborative team will be essential for this role.

About The Role

What This Role Would Include
- With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice.
- Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases with potential to manage your own caseload under supervision as the role develops.
- Delivering legal services in a manner which is cost-efficient for both the client and the firm.
- To assist the firm in achieving its professional and commercial objectives.
- Preparation of straight-forward wills and summary explanation.
- Administration of estates.
- General correspondence with Court of Protection, Office of the Public Guardian and Court Funds Office.
- Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and other Powers of Attorney as may be required.
