The Role
You will manage a monthly budget of c£200k, with opportunities to scale as part of Inflexion's growth strategy. Leveraging your expertise in B2B paid media, services, or SaaS, you will design and implement campaigns that achieve measurable results. This pivotal role is essential in driving lead and revenue growth during a transformative brand consolidation, providing ample opportunities for innovation, leadership, and direct impact on the success of this major project.

Why join us
You will be responsible for developing and implementing our paid media strategies across multiple product lines and geographies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define KPIs, conduct audience research, and align campaigns and platforms with customer personas and business objectives. You will manage the external PPC agency to ensure a smooth execution of these campaigns, optimising budgets, bids, and creatives while leveraging A/B testing to drive performance improvements. Working within the wider digital team you will ensure visitor journeys and UX are optimised for your campaigns to deliver the revenue and profit targets required.
This is a fast-paced industry; to stay ahead you’ll monitor emerging trends and track campaign performance and provide actionable insights and clear reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and progress toward objectives. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work with marketing, third parties and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality leads.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have 5 + years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC and a proven ability to deliver strong ROI. Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools is essential in addition to data-driven approach to analysing metrics and translating insights into effective strategies. A solid understanding of bid management, audience segmentation, and offline conversion tracking techniques is also required. Certifications in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Labs are highly desirable.
Success in this role requires passion, resilience, drive, and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Exceptional organisational skills, multitasking capabilities, and clear communication will enable you to manage multiple campaigns effectively and collaborate seamlessly across teams. You should excel in a matrix environment, navigating diverse stakeholders and priorities while maintaining a strategic and highly organised approach.

The Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Group incorporates a wide range of Professional Services, Intelligence and SaaS businesses, currently generating c. £120m revenues and employing some 1,200 colleagues. GRC Group became an Inflexion portfolio company from 1st June 2024, having been ‘carved out’ of Marlowe plc. Our plan is to create a £250m revenue business through the Private Equity (PE) cycle; generating >25% CAGR with strong organic initiatives combining with well-executed acquisitions (in both UK and select international regions).
