ROLI is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and help build and optimise our Paid Social Media Campaigns. About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Paid Media Executive to join our team and help us grow our business. This role is based within our Growth/Performance Marketing team, providing marketing support in terms of Campaign deployment and optimizations and SEO activity
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of Paid Social and Paid Search Experience, looking to take the next step in their career. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven marketing, and a keen interest in the music tech industry, this freelance position provides the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
We require experience primarily in setting up and optimizing Paid Social Campaigns, and a solid understanding of the KPIs associated with them. Experience specifically in META and Google is ideal. Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok and Microsoft Ads will be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Build Campaigns in each platform, using defined naming conventions, UTM parameters, and audiences as defined by the Growth Marketing Lead.
- Monitor and optimise at the campaign, ad set, and ad level to achieve the KPIs defined.
- Report on campaign, ad set, country, and ad performance as required.
- Perform basic SEO tasks such as updating Alt text and carrying out basic audits.
- META
- Google Ads - Pmax, YouTube and Search and Display
- TikTok
- Microsoft
- SEO optimisation and keyword research and alt text/metadata copy
- Digital Asset Management - maintaining and filing our creative assets using DASH

- 2 years of campaign build and optimization experience in Paid Social Platforms.
- Start-up mentality: be proactive, collaborate, and think outside the box.
- Demonstrable Digital Marketing experience, specifically Paid Social.
- META + at least 2 of the following: Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft, Google, TikTok.
- Agency experience or D2C startup background
- Emerging Paid Social platform experience; TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest
- An interest in Music or Music Technology
- Web Analytics experience (GA4)
- SEO experience
