Is this you?
You’re a data-driven marketer with a creative streak and a strategic mindset. You don’t just press ‘boost’, you plan, test, and optimise paid media campaigns that deliver real results. Whether it’s Meta, Google, or TikTok, you know how to get the right message in front of the right audience at the right time.
You’ve got at least one or two years’ experience running paid ads, ideally in an agency or values-led environment, and you’re confident building campaigns from scratch, audience targeting, creative briefing, budget allocation, and reporting included. You’re comfortable with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets, and bonus points if you’ve dabbled with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, or Google Grants.
You’re analytical by nature, love digging into results, and can confidently spot patterns, surface insights, and make clear recommendations. You’re always on top of platform changes and excited by new features or creative testing ideas.
You thrive in a collaborative, autonomous environment, take ownership of your work, and pride yourself on being thorough, proactive, and thoughtful. Clients and teammates alike trust your judgment and enjoy working with you because you care.
We won’t micromanage you, so you’ll flourish if you’re self-motivated, organised, and energised by making good things happen.
