We are looking for an Overhead Cleaning Operative in Slough to efficiently manage day-to-day overhead cleaning within our factory. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring service reviews are met in line with business plans, and supporting the smooth running of operations while upholding health, safety, and quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out overhead cleaning of ovens, vessels, and equipment to the required standards, following company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on equipment performance, completing checks and inspections (including Ecat & SMS) as required.
• Liaise with internal departments and Mars associates to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure minimal disruption to factory operations.
• Adhere to internal operating procedures and all statutory regulations relating to hygiene, food safety, health & safety, and Equal Opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with associates, colleagues, supervisors, and suppliers.
• Attend training sessions, develop relevant skills, and support the Sodexo Facilities Management team with a proactive, can-do approach.
