As Outstations Depot Lead Conductor Team Manager, you’ll inspire, support, and guide our Conductors and Mentors to deliver brilliant customer service and keep safety at the heart of every journey. From leading performance and development to driving continuous improvement, you’ll be the person keeping our outstation depots on track.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating Conductors to deliver safe, reliable, and customer-focused journeys
- Acting as Deputy to the Area Lead CTM, taking responsibility for performance and operational delivery
- Driving improvements across KPIs, route learning, and conductor competence
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders
- Championing safety culture while keeping teams engaged and supported
- Proven experience as a Conductor, with full operational competence
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence managing performance, welfare, and development
- Clear thinker with the ability to plan ahead and balance multiple demands
- Ready to take on a safety-critical role, including passing a medical assessment
