Weekends: Friday 17:00 – Monday 09:00
Giving advice around medication and emergency protocols
Contacting clients if carers are delayed
Coordinating carers for emergency cover if needed (standby cover will be arranged in advance for evenings and weekends)
Logging incidents and escalating issues appropriately
Working Pattern
One week on, one week off (Could be some variation to this for the right candidate)
Remote working – handle calls from the comfort of your own home
Option to work on a contracted salaried basis or casual worker agreement, based on your preference
Why Work With Us?
Average £25/hour (for actual call-handling time) - £250 a week!
Discounts at major high-street brands
Your birthday off – every year
Annual leave accrual
Work from home with full support and backup systems in place
Full Training provided and emergency support for anything outside your knowledge or experience
Ideal Candidate
Experience in Health & Social Care (care coordination or on-call experience preferred)
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Able to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
Tech-savvy and confident using care systems or apps (training provided)
