Marlow Dental Centre is undergoing an exciting transformation! We are in the midst of a complete refurbishment, including new signage, flooring, office decor, surgical scrubs, reupholstered dental chairs, and more. Our new website will soon be live, and we are on track to complete all upgrades before Christmas. A refreshed reception area, with new furniture and a custom-designed desk, will be ready in the coming weeks. This is the perfect time to join our evolving team and be part of our rebranding journey!
The Role: Orthodontist (Part-Time, with potential to grow)
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Orthodontist to join our team at Marlow Dental Centre. This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to build up to full-time as patient demand increases and the practice continues to expand.

- Provide orthodontic treatments including traditional fixed braces, clear aligners, and removable retainers.
- Engage with patients to understand their needs and explain treatment options, promoting the best solutions based on clinical expertise.
- Listen carefully to patient preferences while guiding them toward the most suitable treatments.
- Work collaboratively with our team, ensuring seamless communication and team integration.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional development, embracing new techniques and methods in orthodontics.
- Qualified orthodontist with excellent clinical references.
- Ability to sell and perform various orthodontic services based on patient needs and preferences.
- Strong interpersonal skills—a great listener, communicator, and "people person."
- Team player with a positive attitude toward working closely with colleagues.
- Keen to continuously learn and grow professionally, with an openness to new methods and innovations in orthodontics.
