Operator - Energy Projects

Are you an experienced multimodal operator with a passion for energy projects? Join Blue Water Shipping and be part of a global team delivering quality and efficiency to international customers.

As an Operator, you will help manage the whole logistics process for energy project cargo. You will work with different transport types, talk to partners around the world, and make sure everything is done safely and correctly. Your main tasks will be:

• Manage daily operations and coordinate complex, multimodal shipments.
• Ensure projects stay on track through precise planning and execution.
• Watch project timelines and solve problems as they come up.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
• Uphold our commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Make sure all work follows company standards, safety, and industry rules.
  
  

Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and focused on good service. The ideal candidate should have:

• 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or project cargo
• Has strong knowledge of the UK energy sector and project logistics.
• Excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence to make decisions under pressure.
• Has experience in exports and imports (preferred but not essential).
• A team mindset and willingness to help others succeed.
