Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing?

You'll be working within our fast-paced MEICA Specialist Engineering Team, where you'll be part of a team working on site carrying a combination of both planned and reactive mechanical engineering works. This will include working within high risk confined spaces and utilising rope access.

You'll work under supervision as well as using own initiative and experience to carry out tasks and demonstrate accountability and takes responsibility of the duties within their role.

You'll assist in the successful delivery of specialist work including mechanical engineer, rope access, AMEX seal installation and pipework repairs.

What You’ll Bring

• Do you have a proven track record of mechanical engineering within a fast-paced environment?
• Can you meet the physical demands of the role, working hard to benefit the team in sometimes arduous environments?
• Are you confined space, and rope access trained? This would be beneficial, however, training will be provided.
• Do you hold a valid UK driving licence?
