Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule workloads for the Inspection team.
- Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee equipment and consumables, including maintenance and stock control.
- Lead performance reviews, training, and basic disciplinary actions.
- Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven leadership in a production or engineering workshop.
- Familiarity with ERP systems; computer literate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while upholding quality standards.
- Skilled in team development and technical problem-solving.
