About The Role

We're looking for an organised, strategic, and inspiring Operations Manager to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee and enhance our research and administrative operations, ensuring they run seamlessly and deliver maximum value.

You’ll manage a small team, making sure research data is collected and used effectively, and that admin tasks run smoothly and accurately. Your goal will be to keep things efficient, support the team, and help the business grow.

As an Operations Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support a team of circa 10.
• Supervise administrative processes, ensuring precision and timely execution.
• Manage the companies research initiatives, ensuring accurate data gathering, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Provide leadership, support, and development opportunities to your team whilst driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
