What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams across Production, Laboratory Services, Site Services, and Logistics to deliver high-quality products and services—on time and within budget
• Drive performance excellence by developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, proactively addressing any deviations to ensure operational success
• Own the operational budget, managing costs across staffing, materials, logistics, and maintenance—constantly seeking opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains
• Support strategic planning by providing accurate sales forecasts through data-driven insights from KPI dashboards. Build and nurture high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and career development within EffecTech and the wider Linde Group
• Collaborate with the innovation team to shape business cases for new analytical instrumentation and unlock new market opportunities
• Cultivate strong supplier partnerships, building lasting relationships that support operational excellence and innovation
  
  

What Makes You Great

• A degree in a science or engineering discipline, with several years of technical and commercial experience in the natural gas, LNG, or broader energy sectors is essential for this role
• As well as a strong understanding of gas quality measurement and familiarity with the relevant technical standards and regulatory frameworks
• you will possess proven experience in operational management, with a track record of developing and executing plans that drive business growth and efficiency
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative, customer-focused approach that prioritizes outcomes for the wider business
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• You will possess the self-motivation and tenacity required to lead effectively through periods of change and uncertainty
