- Supporting business segment leaders and other senior specialists in the execution of agreed strategic and tactical initiatives that drive and deliver desired metrics, business goals and outcomes that align with the overall business strategy.
- Driving and delivering data analytics and metrics reporting for segments and specialist areas. Managing data and reporting requests and proposing areas for improvement.
- Supporting the MMB financial and revenue recognition processes
- Supporting decision making through data analysis and making recommendations for changes that drive positive improvements in the business.
- Delivering plans against target deadlines and business objectives and applying project and change management best practices.
- Ensuring that the roll-out of initiatives and ongoing execution meet the quality standards and benefit realisation expectations and identify opportunities for process improvements to share with the broader community.
- Facilitating the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts and sharing insights within a functions as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers.
- Ensuring operational processes are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Helping to develop and deliver training and supplemental materials.
- Ability to communicate and engage well with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring the message appropriately to meet the target audience.
- Strong attention to detail when working on required deliverables.
- Ability to manipulate, question and interpret large data sets and make recommendations for positive change to drive business behaviour, process, or system change.
- Project Management experience – able to manage project scope and deliverables ensuring project completion within budget and on time
- Ability to build and strengthen interpersonal relationship with clients, colleagues, and teams
- Strong communication skills – able to shares experience and knowledge across a team and the wider business and supports ongoing learning and development
- Expand and utilises network to support business growth
- Understanding of the tools and resources available to deliver business efficiencies.
