Your Role as an Operations Intern at Team Shirts UK

As an Operations Intern, you will be a crucial part of delivering exceptional service to our club partners and customers. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll take ownership of diverse tasks and be fully immersed in the operational side of our business.

What does a typical day look like?

• Managing the inflow and outflow of shirts from football clubs and clients worldwide.
• Ensuring each shirt is equipped with a Fabricks chip for authentication.
• Coordinating with couriers and providing top-notch customer service.
• Overseeing both physical and digital operations related to our auctions.
• Assisting in improving our current inventory management processes.
  
  

In short, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of operational functions!

What We Expect From You:

• You’re a student
• Available for a minimum of 4 months, starting mid-October 2024, for 24-32 hours per week
• You must be eligible to work in the UK
• Flexible, well-organized, and excited to join a fast-growing organization

Our Hiring Process:

1. Introductory Call with our Talent Acquisition Manager.
2. Assessment (a short task, maximum 2 hours).
3. Full Interview with our Operations Managers.
4. Final Interview with the Hiring Manager.
