Reports to: Business Operations Support Manager

The Opportunity
The role of the Operational Coordinator is to provide support in the day-to-day functions in the operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and timely delivery of client and internal requests, including processing C2 forms, Points of Connection (POC) requests, and CONS29 Drainage & Water Searches.
- Act as a central point of coordination, monitoring shared mailboxes and ensuring queries and documents are directed efficiently to the right teams.
- Produce clear, insightful reports - including weekly and monthly RRD summaries - for senior stakeholders, enabling informed operational and strategic decisions.
- Take ownership of key industry processes, including maintaining accurate MPAN records and managing meter registrations, updates, and de-registrations using the MPRS system.
- Collaborate across teams, working closely with colleagues in Asset Management, Business Administration, and wider departments to implement effective processes and maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Adapt to evolving business needs, offering proactive support across the team and stepping in where required to maintain continuity and cover during absences.
- You’re an organised, detail-focused individual, able to manage multiple tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You're a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with colleagues across all levels of the business and representing the team with professionalism and clarity.
- You’re highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and capable of presenting data in a way that’s easy to understand and act upon.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to adjust your priorities quickly when urgent matters arise.
- Experience working with MPANs or MPRS is desirable.
