Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Salary: £26,732.16

What are we looking for?

Duties

We are looking to recruit an administrator on a fixed term basis to support operations supply chain at Noble Foods, they will provide a key link between Transport, Production, Supply Chain and Finance in addition to managing external producers, suppliers and customers. Key duties of this role will include:

  • Support the Producer Care Team
  • Resolve producer payment queries
  • Process grading data
  • Egg quality
  • Resolve and review grading errors
  • Daily review of grading’s trends
  • Issue reports
  • Ensure producer payments are met on time
  • Manage group emails, IE ensure responses / actions happen
  • Processing sales & purchase orders
  • Investigate supplier claims and invoice queries
  • Coordinate supplier requests
  • Process proof of deliveries
  • Maintain customer and supplier pricing
  • Sales pricing and exceptions accuracy
  • Customer services
  • Daily deadlines in each area met and on time
  • Provide admin support to the operations admin team leader and manager
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover as required for the administration team
  • Other duties may be assigned
