Position Summary

Job Title: Finance Business Partner

12-month maternity cover based in Salford, close to Media City.

Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, the successful candidate will work as part of a regional finance team based in Manchester, Business Partnering four Design and Marketing Agencies based in Paris (24 FY Turnover: £6.7m), Vienna (24 FY Turnover £2.8m), Budapest (24 FY Turnover £4.1m) and Istanbul (24 FY Turnover £1.5m).

Job Responsibilities

• Ownership of monthly financial statements prepared by the management accounts team, reporting on actuals vs forecast/budget to key stakeholders
• Attendance at management meetings to present ongoing financial performance including KPIs and other insights (face-to-face and virtual)
• Submission of monthly rolling forecasts to the corporate team
• Stewardship of customer profitability reports
• Preparation of annual financial budgets working with the business leaders
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide finance support for tender submissions for new and existing contracts.
• Ongoing support and analysis of data to assist in driving improved financial and operational results.
• Ad-hoc support to local management teams to support operational and structural changes to improve performance and profitability.
• Ad-hoc support to the wider FP&A and Business Partnering team for ongoing projects and new reporting and planning tools.
  
  

Qualifications / Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Effective communication skills and stakeholders management skills
• Ability to manage own time and priorities to adhere to strict deadlines.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Office abilities and experience with SAP preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to France/Austria/Hungary/Türkiye (quarterly only)
• Ability to work autonomously and at the same time pro-actively work with various functions across the business
