Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

Here's The Exciting Bit… A Day Includes

To own and optimise product data & promotional execution, on the website, for your designated area.

Ensure all products benefit from best in class enrichment and are ultimately launched in a timely manner.

Accurate and diligent promotional execution and event management. Including strong communication with suppliers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Top class execution for new product launches, including suite of imagery and product information.

Ensure products exist within the correct hierarchy and are easily findable through site navigation.

Ongoing review and maintenance of products, ensuring up-to-date product descriptions, content and imagery to ultimately drive conversion.

Own and execute on site promotional set up, for each event throughout the year.

Ensure planned promotional creative is set up with correct asset(s) and link(s).

Collaborate seamlessly within the eCommerce function, with design, UX and digital marketing colleagues.

Establish & maintain key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to; Customer Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and all relevant Supplier teams.

Core Skills

Superbly organised with history of prioritising workload(s)

Diligent with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication

Desire to challenge the norm

Comfortability with Microsoft, in particular Excel

System friendly (there will be a few to learn!)

Photoshop knowledge helpful, not crucial
