About The Role

Join our Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick team as a Site Administrator on the Hinkley Point C Project.

About Hinkley Point C

The first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years; Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.

Marking a significant milestone in the revitalisation of our nuclear power industry, Hinkley Point C will make a major contribution to the UKs move to reduce carbon emissions. The electricity generated by its two EPR reactors will offset 9 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions a year.

This is a fully site-based role

What you'll be doing

As a Site Administrator, you will have the following accountabilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of staff on site
  • Update and input into the Parking registers
  • Schedule meetings & booking meeting rooms and hot desk bookings.
  • Meeting minute taking
  • Processing Stationary Orders, ensuring office consumables are kept sufficiently stocked
  • Assist with MEH Alliance Office Inductions
  • Assist with MEH Alliance Communications ensuring they are sent out efficiently.

Who we're looking for

  • Previous relent experience within a similar field
  • Able to obtain a security clearance.
