This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing dynamic organisation. We are looking for a full-time Office Support team member to join our established team in the Bury office.

The Office Support team member will provide essential frontline support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming calls, distributing post, processing outgoing mail via Postworks and supporting general administrative functions.
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Take clear and concise messages and communicate to the appropriate team.
- Send outgoing mail via Postworks system.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post and deliveries across departments.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and courier items, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate logs for incoming/outgoing post and deliveries if required.
- Answer entry intercom system, greet and assist visitors and contractors when required.
- Provide drinks/order lunches for meetings as required.
- Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies such as stationery and ensure common areas remain tidy and well-stocked, including meeting rooms.
- Support wider administrative and operational tasks as requested by the Operations Manager or Senior Support.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role (desirable).
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
- Experience using telephone systems and handling general enquiries.
