Are you a proactive and organised individual with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We’re seeking an Office Manager to support our Senior Leadership Team and take the lead on HR administration and office management, ensuring our business operates at its optimum.


Key Responsibilities


As Office Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the success of our organisation by taking on a wide range of responsibilities, including:


  • HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to employee performance reviews (PDRs), payroll coordination, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Creating a Great Employee Experience: Plan and deliver internal competitions, staff events, and engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Finance Administration: Assist with financial tasks, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative support for the finance team.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep, ensuring a welcoming and efficient working environment.
  • Recruitment Support: Help solve recruitment challenges, coordinate interviews, and liaise with candidates.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Collaborate with the leadership team to address challenges and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • General Administration: Provide varied administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the company.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar role.
  • A positive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle diverse tasks with professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence working across departments to support business needs.
