This role is based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key responsibilities of the role…
Office Administration & Communication:
- Provide general support to the administration team and assist with daily tasks.
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Help with issuing visitor and colleague access cards.
- Monitor the admin team inbox and support with internal enquiries.
- Maintain the company calendar and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Book meeting rooms and organise refreshments in collaboration with the Hospitality Executive.
- Set up virtual meetings using platforms like WebEx, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for travel bookings and arrangements.
- Work with travel agencies to coordinate flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire.
- Support visa applications where required.
- Ensure that the office environment is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor and restock office supplies, including kitchen and print room essentials.
- 5 GCSEs / O Levels or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in an administrative or front-of-house role.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Friendly and professional interpersonal manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
