Help us ensure GDPR compliance within Occupational Health and Wellbeing

As Occupational Health and Wellbeing GDPR Administrator you will support the GDPR Clinician to ensure the department’s compliance with data protection legislation and handling sensitive health related data.

This is a part time position for 6 months, working 22.5 hours per week (Wednesday - Friday).

This is a great opportunity to take the first step in an amazing career with Derbyshire Constabulary; gaining administrative experience in a policing environment and building on your existing skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure the correct collection and deletion of data in line with legislation
  • Support the GDPR Clinician in conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments
  • Coordinate GDPR-related meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions

The must haves

  • Educated to NVQ Level 1 or above or an equivalent qualification or have relevant experience to the same level
  • Have a strong understanding of GDPR and data protection principles
  • Have experience handling sensitive and confidential information

For part time hours the salary will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, this is based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
