You will be able to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of our people by providing skilled and professional support and guidance. Working alongside a team of health professionals, and reporting to the Senior Occupational Health Adviser, you will help deliver a full occupational health service to promote and maintain good health and wellbeing. We care about our professional development and offer opportunity to enable development of skills and experience with revalidation in mind.
What You’ll Do
Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation.

What You’ll Do
- Health Surveillance
- Sickness Absence Management
- Return to work assessments
- Travel Health and vaccinations
- Promote wellbeing
- Support employees, managers and HR with health advice
- Co-ordination of externally trained first aiders at work
- Some UK Travel (2-3 times per month to Basildon)
Registered Nurse with current NMC accreditation.
- Occupational Health and/or Community Nurse experience
- Someone who is able to demonstrate a keen interest in Wellbeing
- Team player who is looking to develop / expand their OH experience
- Team player who enjoys sharing their knowledge
- Someone who enjoys using their own initiative
- Ability to deliver sound clinical advice remotely and on site
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of current employment law and health and safety legislation
- Knowledge of health surveillance
- Confident presentation skills
- Knowledge of online OH systems
- Experience of clinical governance and policy development
- Phlebotomy skills
- Travel health and vaccination experience
