Randstad Education is collaborating with a well:established nursery school in Bognor Regis to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant for afternoon support.

About The Role

• Schedule: Part:time, term:time only (Afternoon hours)
• Role: PPA cover : supporting Keyworkers during their non:contact/paperwork time
• Contract: Temp to Perm
• Salary: NJC Grade 3 (GBP12.45 per hour)
• Impact: Play a key role in creating a positive and engaging learning experience for 3:4:year:olds.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and staff to maintain a supportive and consistent care environment.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with various activities, including playtime, mealtimes, and early learning experiences.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for young children.
• Provide individualized care and support childrens personal needs.
• Contribute to the smooth day:to:day operations of the nursery.

• Experience working with young children.
• A strong passion for early childhood development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
