We are looking for a night owl with excellent communication skills to work in our Crewe young people's 24-hour accommodation service. You will need to have a strong people focus, and a creative and innovative approach to working with young people.
The role includes working alongside the young people on their individual goals, carrying out evening activities and keeping accurate records. You will be responsible for health and safety of the building, managing incidents and ensuring that our young people are safe through the night.
