As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.

Job Description

As a Night Porter, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins
• You’ll ensure guest and business safety, and security is top priority at all times
• Be proactive and assist our House Keeping Team with laundry & linen deliveries
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Clean the pub restaurant to the highest of standards ensuring a great start to each business day
• Setup breakfast for the hotel guests
