Nichols Marcy Dawson | Part Time Legal Cashier

An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Legal Cashier at Nichols Marcy Dawson a small law firm based in Walton on Thames.

Duties

The successful candidate must have legal cashier experience. They will work with and support the existing accounts team and carry out duties such as :

• The processing of general day to day account duties and filing including client and office accounting transactions, daily banking functions, processing payments and updating accounts system, processing invoices.
• Preparing and checking monthly payroll input and submission to the firm’s payroll administrators
• VAT administration and returns, financial management reporting and preparatory work for annual accounts.
  
  

We are looking for someone with availability 3 days a week (days to be discussed), working 9am to 5pm. The candidate should work well as a member of a busy team, be flexible and willing to cover holidays and sickness if required.

We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
