New Pathways - Trainer (South, Mid and West Wales)

New Pathways are a non-government organisation, offering specialist support services for anyone affected by sexual violence, whether recently or in the past. They are the largest provider of sexual violence support services in Wales, and the leading provider of specialist sexual violence training.

Trainer (South, Mid and West Wales)

Location: This role is Hybrid, working between office locations and home, with an expectation of both online and in person delivery and some evening and weekend work.

Hours: 37 Hours per week (part time considered)

Salary: £29,509.35 per annum (full time) + generous pension and benefits

Term: Initial one year contract – possibility of extension

Training: Full mandatory New Pathways training provided

New Pathways is recruiting a social care trainer to work across South, Mid and West Wales. The main responsibilities of this post are to design, develop, deliver, prepare and assess training and qualifications on behalf of New Pathways.

This might include delivery for volunteers, internal staff and external clients. This post supports the training team to income generate to support the core business of the charity and to train and offer CPD to their staff and volunteers. This post does require some evening and weekend working.

You will share New Pathways' aims and embody their ethos and values. They are looking for staff who are motivated, enthusiastic, passionate about their work, and who want to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

As well as excellent training and communication skills, you will be someone who likes to work as part of a team, have great organisational skills and good emotional intelligence. You will be committed to delivering the highest quality training that enables volunteers, staff and external clients to reach their full potential.
