We're thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star housebuilder for an exceptional New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team in Stevenage.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to be part of a brand new development launch. Our client is seeking an ambitious and personable Sales Consultant to join a small, collaborative team of two from the very beginning of this prestigious project.
The development features stunning 2 & 3-bedroom apartments, all with parking included, and represents the very best in quality new build homes.
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission (100% paid on exchange)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming prospective buyers and providing exceptional customer service
- Conducting viewings and showcasing the quality and features of the development
- Guiding customers through the entire sales journey from initial enquiry to exchange
- Building strong relationships and maintaining regular contact with buyers
- Working collaboratively with your sales colleague to achieve and exceed targets
- Managing the sales process with professionalism and attention to detail
You'll Need
- Experience in either New Homes Sales, High-end retail, Car sales or Estate agency
- A genuine passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambition and self-motivation
- A professional and polished approach
- A full UK driving licence (mileage paid at 45p per mile)
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission - 100% paid on exchange
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
